BuildzoneUK were commissioned to carry out reinstatement works to the Trespass store, having previously helped Trespass with flood damage back in 2009.
This work pertained to strip out and reinstatement of one floor in the property, 2015’s flood required both floors to be worked on. Initial works comprised of the stripping out of the store, drying out and specialised cleaning to ensure no damp remained.
Interior works comprised of, joinery, decoration, floor finishes and full M&E installation. Stud walls and frames were completed, creating areas in the store for visual merchandising displays. At the client’s request, BuildzoneUK also moved the staircase to the first floor and added a new stud wall below this, changing the layout of the store.
External works consisted of decoration, installing new signage and replacing rotten timbers.
Happily, the BuildzoneUK team made a lasting good impression on the client, and were commissioned to carry out further cosmetic refurbishments at the store.
